• 1. Program Description: UMed RCM Solutions provides Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and medical billing support. By opting into our SMS messaging program, you agree to receive transactional and informational text messages regarding billing statements, insurance updates, account status notifications, and customer care inquiries.
• 2. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and billing inquiries.
• 3. Pricing & Cost: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. UMed RCM Solutions does not charge a separate fee for our text messaging service.
• 4. Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
